Low light intensity, poor angle of incidence and shading during use will result in low performance of the flexible CIGS solar module. Therefore, it is important to adjust the angle of incidence to avoid shading and to clean the solar module regularly to remove obstacles such as bird droppings, dust and debris. Such obstacles can cause the solar module to not perform at all.

To keep your CIGS solar panel sticking, here are some tips for daily maintenance: 1. When cleaning the components, wipe the stains on the panel with a clean, damp, soft, non-abrasive, fine fiber cloth or sponge. 2. When disassembling the panel, remove any residue on the surface of the mounting substrate with industrial alcohol. 3. Replace the adhesive layer if you find that there are gaps between the solar panel and the mounting bracket surface, which will lead to a reduction in adhesion with daily use.

Yes, it is possible to integrate this 100W CIGS solar panel into the electrical panel of a house, but it is important that the electrical parameters of the solar panel match those of the house's electrical panel.

It is not recommended to cut the 100W solar panels by yourself. We are currently developing more sizes of CIGS solar panels, so please subscribe to our store for updates.

Ist es sicher, die CIGS-Solarzellen zu betreten?

Yes, it is safe to step on the panels. Our flexible solar panels use CIGS thin film cells, which are much stronger than monocrystalline silicon cells. They can withstand a maximum pressure of 2400PA, which is approximately 244.8kg/m².

No, we do not recommend connecting a CIGS solar panel with a 100W 9BB mono solar panel in series or parallel. Because CIGS panels and mono panels have a significant voltage difference, they cannot be connected in parallel, so it is not recommended to connect these two types of panels together. When connecting different sized panels, it is important to consider the voltage and current between the panels. Panels connected in series must have the same or similar current rating, and when connected in series, the current rating is usually the minimum current of the panels. If one panel is blocked or damaged, the entire circuit will be blocked. Panels connected in parallel must have the same or similar voltage, and a large voltage difference can create a risk of burns.

The BougeRV 100W Flexible Solar Panel is a great solution for applications that require a lightweight, flexible and aesthetically pleasing solar panel. It can be easily mounted on curved or irregular surfaces, making it ideal for RVs, boats, trailers, tents and other outdoor applications. Plus, our 100W solar panel is highly efficient, producing more power in low light conditions thanks to advanced CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) technology.

Picked up the BougeRV 200W CIGS panel for my camper van, and it’s been a solid upgrade. Mine came with the predrilled holes (not the peel-and-stick version), which actually worked out better for my mounting setup. I bolted it straight onto my roof rack with no issues. So far, it’s been performing really well—even during cloudy days or when part of the panel is shaded, I’m still seeing a decent charge coming through. That’s been the biggest difference compared to my old mono panel, which would drop to almost nothing if even a corner was shaded. The panel is super light and flexible, but it still feels durable. I like that it’s low profile and doesn’t stick out visually or add much weight. It’s handled highway driving and some light rain with no problem. Overall, very happy with it. Definitely not the cheapest panel out there, but the efficiency and shade tolerance make it worth the extra cost. Would recommend for vanlife, RVs, or anyone trying to keep a stealthy or lightweight solar setup.

I am reviewing the latest solar panel I purchased, but I do own a lot of them now. I have been purchasing these for over a year I think. I have eight of them, and I bought four additional panels for my son's set up. I love these! I just love them. I have to say they are pricey but I have bought other suit case panels and rigid panels and they overall do not compare. The suitcase panels are cumbersome for me as I am 68 year old woman who is physically active and healthy but I do not like wrestling with the flopping around of the suitcase style panels. The BougeRV flexible panels are just that, flexible. When I want to move them, which I have a few times, I just roll them up and wrap a piece of velcro strap to secure the panel and off I go. They have been on the roof which is the best place for where I live as I do not have much yard space. I took them down because of the wind and I do not want to permanently install. They are very thin so I made simple frames and screwed them on the frame and currently lined up in the back of my place leaning against a block wall. Now as far as quality, if you haven't seen YT Hobo Tech, he does a good review. I have not tested these as extensively has he did. I can say they have held up really nicely due to the wind. They have scratches which hasn't created problems. Like all solar panels they will only produce so much power. Mine are 200w panels and I get about 100w plus. During the peak of the day I get over 400w out of the 800w set feeding my Bluetti. The other four panels are feeding other power stations. I know I could get more but I do not go out and adjust them except during the winter months once in a while I will try to direct them to the low sun and to get a little more out of them. Pricey yes, durable yes. I am actually totally sold on these. I plan on moving sometime this year so I may be buying more later on to feed my addiction to solar LOL.
